At IBBmed we promote wellness, in the mind body and spirit. Like the universe all parts of our body and spirit are woven to support and respond to one another. Our physical health, and thoughts have an impact on our brain’s ability to produce substances that affect mental well-being. In turn, our mental well being is the gateway to pleasure and a connected spirit. Negative thought patterns and illness or injury can cause long-term physical stress that can lead to chemical imbalances in the brain. These imbalances may lead to depression and other mental health problems. By developing resilience, endurance and compassion, we grow to be positive human beings that flourish and shine in the community. Our workshops and groups at IBBmed promote tending to all aspects of our mind, body and spirit. Stress management, affect regulation, resilience, core strength, healthy nutrition, therapeutic activity, soul replenishing increase better individual functioning, enhance relationships and lead to more fulfilling and connected existence with the universe.
